Vertical Drilling System

The Vertical Stabilized Drilling System consists of Stabilization on the top and bottom of the BHA,   Also incorporated would be a multi-point stabilizer on the bottom end. These Vertical Stabilized blades on the stabilizers centralize the systems in the hole and the upset diameters where the stabilizers creates a pressure differential around the BHA that enhances the stability. This pressure differential increases the speed of the mud flow and cleaning action around the BHA which reduces the chances of the cuttings collecting, hence reducing chances of getting stuck in the hole.

​Our Vertical Stabilized Drilling System has achieved minimum amount of deviation in straight hole drilling applications.  The system can also be used in directional drilling applications once the tangent section of a well has been established which will minimize tool face and azimuth problems.

CDF Vibration Tool

The CDF Vibration Tool was consist of:
  • ​A concentric valve system is used to pulse pressure back to the spring loaded friction assembly
  • A compact length multi-lobe rotor stator configuration is used to drive the concentric valve
  • A smooth oscillating friction tool is activated by the pressure frequency generated by the valve 

​Those great features enable the CDF vibration tool to:
  • Vibrates drill string and reduces friction
  • Utilized in build sections and proven to assist with tool face control
  • Placed into the lateral section of long horizontal well bores to assist with extended reach by reducing torque
  • Reduces weight stacking and helps transfer drill string weight to the bit
  • Reduces the risk of stick-slip
  • ​Extends bit life
